Are You Waiting For Happiness?

Do you believe that will just happiness come and find you?

Are you putting your life on hold waiting for happiness to come and find you?

How many times have you found yourself speaking to someone and it becomes apparent that their life long goal is to be happy, they are waiting for it to crawl out from some corner and smack them in the face!

How many times have you heard the words uttered... "I will be happy when........" 
Do recognise these words from you?

The stark and very real reality is that happiness is the cause of everything.
Want to lose weight....tell your body you love it and feel the happiness and joy that that brings.

Tell your body how much you are grateful for it supporting you.
Expressing gratitude for everything, even if you have a lack of money, health or anything else- don't ponder on the negative.....say and feel how great it is that you have great health, be thankful for the money that you have and the money that comes to you. 

There are always things to be grateful for, going outside into the sunshine can be lifting, the beauty in nature, your children's smiling faces, your favourite books, films, comedies. 

Gratitude breeds gratitude and like attracts like!

What you think about most often will be attracted to you, it's been proven time and time again by the law of attraction and also by physics.

If you are holding onto anger, resentment and unhappiness about things in your life, guess what you are attracting?

Yes- the same

Some great tips for happiness are ....Be positive- serve others, but most importantly serve yourself, express gratitude- once you get this right there can be no other way!

"BUT I AM NOT HAPPY" I hear you say!

That's fine, but do you know that your brain can not hold two thoughts, it's impossible to think about two things at once!

Happiness is within us all, it's not something that comes and finds you, its your natural birthright and once you apply the tools and awareness that you can have happiness naturally- then the world becomes your oyster.​

So if you do feel yourself thinking or being negative- change that thought, I always find changing that thought to be grateful is  an excellent way for lifting you,  you can really feel it lifting, but on a biological and neurological level it is forming positive chemicals and information into the body, new neurological pathways are formed to create a better way of thinking and of acting.

So do something for you today- quash those negative thoughts, be grateful and watch the happiness levels in you rise and the positive and happy things that reflect back in to you and your life

It’s also said that happiness is a massive effect of being grateful, this in itself has a massive impact throughout every area of your life, from sleeping better, giving you motivation to look after your body, increased productivity etc etc, the list of benefits is huge

And your body & mind will thank you for it!
