Top Tip For Beating Stress Naturally

Are You Ready To Explore The Wonderful Ways To Beat Any Kind Of Stress?

Firstly, well done for being here! So many people are all too readily willing to go to the GP and pop a pill for stress and anxiety, yet there are so many wonderful ways in which you can self treat and heal and it all comes down to emptying that 'emotional box'.

In the ever changing times that we live in, we are being opened up to so many new, but very old ways to heal and renew, to bring balance and true alignment back to ourselves. We also have some very good 'mainstream' western therapies which are available, but these are often prescribed, have a lengthy waiting list or are extremely expensive and ineffective.

Having been on my own personal journey of healing; I have explored many mainstream western approaches to dealing with trauma including psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, talking therapies and medication.

Whilst these can help to a certain extent- they really are ineffective in removing the emotional charge with whatever it is that we have been through- simply talking about it, embedding it and running it again and again until we end up with more negative avenues and beliefs that we have to contend with later on. Unfortunatly, i have found many people in these areas to be very ridgid in their approach, unknowing of what is really going on bar from text book studies.

Everything in Every Chance is built on experiences of all varieties of first hand accounts of trauma, PTSD, PND and more. The therapies are a combination of well used methods that have been used with fantastic results that are quick, doesn't have to go delving into the past issues, so no retraumatization.
