Questions from a sceptic

I had somebody ask some questions recently that some of you may think of but not be willing to say, if you do have some unanswered questions then they may be here.

Firstly I want to make it clear that I welcome questions and am happy to answer anyone.  I’m just using the term sceptic here as everybody knows what it means, there’s nothing personal.  If you are sceptical that’s great, we all are at some time about something.

Before I get to the questions though I’ll briefly go over my story which is that after a lifetime of mental health issues, pills, doctors, consultants and councillors I finally discovered stuff that actually works.

Every single person we work with turned to their doctor and was let down by a system that has extremely low success rates, in fact…

13% of Americans are on anti depressants (9% in the U.K.)

70% are on at least one pharmaceutical drug

Today, children as young as 4 are having anxiety attacks and 4 million of 65 million in the UK are living with Bipolar, in fact 19.7% of people in the U.K. Aged 16 and over showed symptoms of anxiety and depression according to the studies completed or used by

It’s clear that the so called science backed medicines we are using to treat mental health issues are in fact the pseudoscience as they clearly don’t work.
Pseudoscience – a collection of beliefs or practices mistakenly regarded as being based on the scientific method.

Science – the systematic study of the structue and behaviour of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.
Through observation of the mental health issues that exist today we can deduce that the medications and treatments provided by mainstream doctors don’t work very effectively at all and therefore by deduction apply the pseudoscience label to what they do.

I won’t get into the inherent dangers of the pills they prescribe and the long term – sometimes permanent damage done here, but there is that side as well.

The changes we make in people is astounding and sometimes I still don’t believe it myself, 2 people with ME are now walking, a lady with Fibromyalgia came off 18 pills a day down to 2 and then none, these examples are just off the top of my head, we have hundreds, maybe thousands and there are certainly hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people all over the Internet explaining the changes they’ve had with Eastern style healing work for mental ailments.

The question I ask any sceptic is how many do you need to see before you believe what they are saying?
Think of the things labelled pseudoscience but we now accept the benefits, think of Acupuncture, Reflexology, even uses leeches to clean blood, all called quackery then proved later on.
So, to answer the specific questions that I’ve been asked…

Define the following….

1. Energy Systems

2. A humans natural frequency

3. Grounding Meditations
A1. Define Energy Systems: when talking about a humans energy systems we could be referring to many things, eating and drinking, sleep patterns, exercise and so on, in this case we are referring to the electro-magnetic systems within the body.

Firstly energy, E=MC2 – Energy = everything, you cannot perceive or experience anything that doesn’t have a waveform – which is its energy.

Secondly electrics – Our brains and bodies produce electricity. This electricity is used all over, from within the cells themselves to the blood flow, heart contractions, connection between the brain and heart, nervous system and more, in fact your brain is an electric hub that sends and receives electric signals to and from every part of you.

Thirdly electromagnetics – Your body has a measurable electro magnetic field around it produced by many things particularly your brain and your heart.

A2. All energy vibrates and moves, it has a frequency, there’s a range of frequencies you can see – the visible light spectrum, hear – the hearing range, every TV station, radio station and phone signal is tuning into a specific frequency, we have one too and it is measured at 7.8hertz.

Even more exciting is that we can now whittle down and measure thought frequencies as people experience certain emotions, but that’s for another conversation, our frequency is 7.8Hz.

A3. Grounding Meditations are meditations designed to help you ground your energies, let me explain further…

Grounding is very similar to the grounding wire in any plug, it’s connecting our electromagnetic energy down into the earth.  We have 7000 nerve endings in each foot for this purpose.

This is why we feel so fantastic when we have been out, say at the beach or anywhere bare footed out in nature because we are connected to the earth, which is the natural outlet for our electrical system.  It is also the outlet for all artificial electrical systems too which are all connected to the earth.

Grounding itself is proven, you can find studies at to show the effects such as better circulation amongst other things of which there are many but I won’t get into here as there is an exhaustive list.

Is there any evidence linking Grounding Meditations to grounding itself? No, we are always honest, the evidence isn’t there to connect the meditation with actual grounding. What we do have however is a great deal of anecdotal evidence, the amount of people who report improvements in their lives from our Grounding Meditation is massive…

When we are not grounded we can become foggy headed, bump into things, lack focus, get headaches, have sleep problems etc and people reporting any number of these symptoms from mild to severe and even chronic levels have reported huge improvements in all these areas just from listening regularly to our Grounding Meditation.

If you’re interested you can take our Grounding Test to see how grounded your energies are right now.
