How would you know if you were Ungrounded?

Are My Energies Ungrounded is one of the biggest questions you can have in your life.  If you have trouble focusing, have difficulty sleeping or keep bumping into things then the likelihood is that you've tried many things and nothing has really worked.  

The reason is that your energies are not grounded.  

It might not seem much but Grounding your energies is one of the most fundamental keys to your health and wellbeing.

So many of us are walking around, bumping into things, feels dazed and not right in themselves because they are not grounded and they are not grounded because they are not aware of the fundamental reasons why they need to ground.

There are many reasons as to why we become unconnected, or ungrounded. When we originally evolved ​all those millions of years ago, we evolved with the natural ability to heal ourselves by enhancing our energies, not wearing shoes so we were connected to the earth and balancing out our energies.

If you're experiencing any of these things then grounding is likely to be the reason and you need to ask the question Are my energies Ungrounded?

​These negative signs and symptoms of being ungrounded are in themselves difficult to live with on a day to day basis, especially when productivity, focus and clarity are the call for the day, let alone the difficulties in getting or staying sleep, jumping awake is enough to cause anyone issues with getting some great restful shut eye!

​Answer me this.... how often are you completely present in your body, apart from when you are focusing on pain? when was the last time you felt how your skin feels in your clothes, or the feel of your hair as it's being dried with the drier? Or are you always floating somewhere above you in your mind, thinking about the never ending tasks, issues, day to day activities that fills your mind? Do you suffer with an illness or disease that makes you want to be out of your body, or medication that blocks you from are you addicted to looking at your screen?

Everything from the medication we take- antidepressants, antipsychotics, ​any neuron blockers, anxiety medication. Anything which disrupts our energy flow- WI FI, toxins, our emotions and thoughts to the food we are consuming, all causing a disconnect from our body and from the earth's energies.

These simple acts of mindlessness is what takes us away from being fully present in our bodies, and when we are not present in our bodies, neither are we grounded- our spirits grounded into our bodies and our energy bodies connected and grounded to the earth's energies, which is fundamental for everyones health and well being, not from a 'hippie woo woo' sense, but from the fact our own energy frequency is 7.8hertz, the exact same frequency of the earth's energy-7.8hertz.

The reason why we need to be grounded and connected to the earth is all down to the electrics within our body- our electrical impulses, which are responsible for our body being able to live and function biologically. The electrical current that are emitted from the cells within our body produce an excess of positive electrical charges which, just like the electricity in your home, needs an electrical outlet. The earth's electrical currents is a negative charge which when the two connect balance out this current of electricity and bring peace, harmony and balance back into the body, and back to the earth too.

In our Western society there is lack of knowledge, but with the times of change being upon us, more and more people are learning the tools of grounding as well as mindfulness, meditation and yoga to make us more present and our spirit back into our body, then connecting and grounding our body and spirit into the earth to complete the loop in interconnection to fully optimise and charge our energy for health and well being on every level.

Now more of our world are turning to these natural and anchient philosophies that have long lived within native and Eastern cultures and really harnessing the powerful benefits and amazing health it brings on the body, mind and spirit.

​How Do I Become Grounded?

There are so many ways in which you can become present in any moment, like all thing, awareness is key, but enjoy, have a play and find which suits you best in any given moment.

  • Being in nature
  • Walking barefoot on the earth
  • Meditation
  • Mindfulness
  • Stretching into your body
  • Deep breathing
  • Smiling
  • Laughing
  • Being in water
  • Exercise
  • Dancing
  • Playing

How many of these activities do you do, and how do they make you feel? Doing any of these activities can bring you back out of your head and into your body to connect you and re balance your energies back into the earth.
