What Is Grounding & How It Effects You

 What Actually Is Being Grounding & Un-grounded?

Being grounded means being fully conscious and fully present in this body,
right now!
The term 'grounding' means connected to the earth and is widely used throughout the world in all cultures.

    Do you find yourself to be in a state of day dream more than you would like to be, or do you simply lack focus? It's okay, the chances are that you are not grounded and connected properly (Don't worry I will explain what it is shortly).

    8 Signs That You Are Ungrounded include:​

    • Being in a day dream too often
    • Bumping into things
    • Jumpiness
    • Disorientation
    • Being Unproductive
    • Lack of focus
    • Poor attention span
    • Sleep Difficulties

    If you have any of these symptoms then you can stop blaming yourself for not being who you think you should be and do some of the simple grounding exercises that I've included in this post for you.

    This is such a common issue among so many people of all ages, women and men who naturally think that they are doing something wrong or that something is wrong with them because they don't achieve at the levels that they used to.

    How Does It Affect Me?

    Grounding to the earth and connecting to source are simple practices that can make a significant difference in your life.

    The process of grounding is associated with feelings of balance, connection and centeredness, feeling anchored and inflow. It connects your energy body to the earth, anchors your spiritual energy into your body and heals your physical energy body.

    The Science bit!!

    We all know the equation E = MC2 but what does it actually mean?

    The E stands for E-N-E-R-G-Y, in other words, everything is energy​.  That means that you are energy, the earth is energy, the whole universe is energy.

    Everything is Energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you can not help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics!"

    There are some awesome questions around this, how did ancient civilisations understand and use this?  Why is there evidence across continents of different civilisations working with energy in the body?

    This is knowledge that humans have had for thousands of years.​

    Absolutely YES!

    Enhancing our emotional, mental and physical well being to the Earth resonating with our own body, bringing us back to a natural state of order and well being.

    When we are grounded, we operate much more efficiently and harmoniously, using the earths electromagnetic energy to bring health​, vitality, wellness and a life worth living.

    BUT WHY?

    The electromagnetic energy that is produced by the body creates an abundance of positive charge particles which need to be balanced out. This is why we get the flighty and unfocused feelings, bumping into things- just like the power of electricity at home- our own electricity inside needs to balanced out and the negative charge from the earth is just perfect for that.​ We need this negativity energy for our health and well being, inside and out!

    What can affect your energy field?  Absolutely everything!

    • Talking to someone
    • Playing with your dog
    • Gardening
    • Sat on a computer
    • Holding a phone
    • Even sitting on a sofa and watching TV!
    • Everyone else's energy!

    So if everything is energy, everything has a resonant frequency ( a standard frequency at which it vibrates) right?

    Yep, absolutely

    The Earths energy has a frequency of -7.8Hz which is also known as the Schumann Resonance as shown by Google below.

    This natural rhythm is found in humans. The human body resonates at a frequency of 7.8Hz. Our brain wave states Alpha and Theta also resonate at 7.8Hz. These brain wave states are associated with meditation, intuition, relaxation and more.
